Common Carrier
Community Home Supply normally ships within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. We offers free UPS Ground or Federal Express shipping for web orders over $100 that ship within the continental United States except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Larger heavier products that cannot be shipped via UPS Ground or Federal Express are excluded from free shipping. Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail. Once issued, a tracking number will be e-mailed to track your shipment.
Community Home Supply Company Truck
If you live within 30 miles of our retail store your larger or heavier items can be shipped on our company truck. This service does not include unpacking, installation or debris removal. Confirmation of your order and delivery charge will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. Community Home Supply shipping department will contact you to arrange for a convenient delivery time.
In-Store Pickup
If you live in or around the Chicagoland area and would like to pick up your order from our store, simply choose "In Store Pickup" from the drop down menu on the check out page when you choose your shipping method. To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person who made the purchase may pick up the merchandise at the store. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. Please have a printed copy of the order, credit card used to purchase the item and your photo I.D. to the "Professional Counter" in the store. For our store hours and directions click here.

Processing Time: 48 hours for in stock items
Delivery Time: 5 – 7 days
Non-stock items Delivery Time: 2 – 4 weeks
Out of Stock Items – A separate email will be sent with an approximate delivery date
