Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. We realize that sometimes the item you loved online doesn't always work out once you have it in your home. We are happy to provide you with a return or an exchange.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and a restocking fee. Free shipping items will be returned for credit less the outbound shipping fee, which will be deducted from your return
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to returned items that are not damaged or defective.
- Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which is issued through our online system. Please log in or call customer service at 800-338-9228. Returns must have an RGA number to be issued credit.
- Installed products or Special order items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. All returns are inspected at our warehouse and must be deemed resalable for a credit.

Please inspect your shipment prior to signing any freight bills from a common carrier. If you suspect damage please write, "damaged" on the freight bill with your signature or refuse the shipment. Please contact customer service right away if you suspect damaged merchandise 800- 338-9228. Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it can be stopped before it has shipped out. Please contact customer service direct 800-338-9228 to cancel an order. They can determine if the order can be cancelled or if a return authorization number will be necessary.
